A Selection of September Dragonflies - Damselfly's

Broad-Bodied-Chaser ( Libellula depressa )

A Lovely hot September day at Windmill Farm Nature Reserve, Dragonfly pools.
Spent a very hard hour trying to photograph these with a telephone lens not a Macro, next time i must take my macro lens.
Oh well i did manage to photograph several SparrowHawks getting mobbed my Hirundines!! 

Maybe a Couple of Ruddy or Common darters, HELP??

  2. Hiya Bob, I had my 100-400 IS L F4.5/5.6, Not the best but i had a laugh, my Macro would have been my preferred choice, Lol!
